(TRC) was amongst the elite few Polk County companies recognized as the Best Places to Work and Spirit of the Family Award winners at the Polk Works Workforce 2020 and United Way sponsored Success Rally on February 7, 2008 at the Lakeland Center. TRC received two (2) prestigious awards. Polk Works Workforce 2020 recognized TRC for the implementation of best workplace practices and policies. TRC was also honored by United Way's Success By 6 and received the Spirit of the Family award for the most family-friendly workplace policies in a small company.
